The interesting claim: true white-label requires per-seat encryption keys and physically separated log pipelines, not just logical tenant separation in a shared database. BidSwitch documents their S3 log export with a 2-hour SLA, which is specific enough to verify and fast enough to be useful for real-time optimization feedback loops.
What the document doesn't cover is pricing — how much extra does this level of isolation cost compared to a shared-tenant seat? That's the question every agency will ask, and it's conspicuously absent. Still, this is the most technically honest architecture breakdown we've seen from any white-label DSP vendor this year.
